KalonNetwork Program Policy
Participation
By participating in the KalonNetwork Support Program, participants agree to comply with all KalonNetwork rules, policies, and applicable local laws, including minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
KalonNetwork reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.
Payments & Wallet Requirements
Rewards are paid exclusively in KalonNetwork tokens.
Participants must use a Solflare wallet or any wallet compatible with the Solana blockchain network to receive rewards and token distributions.
Token rewards are issued only after:

Payment has been successfully received

The full one-month participation period has ended
All original funds lent or contributed to KalonNetwork through the program will be fully returned after the 31-day period. While KalonNetwork guarantees the return of the original contributed amount, the company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, blockchain congestion, or third-party financial services.
Participants are solely responsible for maintaining access to their wallets and ensuring wallet information is accurate.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Fraud: Fake accounts, identity manipulation or any attempt to exploit the program.

Spam: Sending unsolicited or unauthorized promotional messages.

False Claims: Providing misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive information regarding KalonNetwork or its services.

Abuse: Use of bots, automated systems, or unauthorized marketing methods.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the integrity of the program may result in immediate enforcement action.
Taxes & Liability
Participants are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes or governmental fees associated with rewards, token distributions, or participation in the program.
KalonNetwork shall not be held liable for:

Wallet setup errors;

Loss of wallet access;

Blockchain or banking delays;
-
Token value fluctuations;

Third-party service failures; or
-
Disputes between participants and external providers.
Participation in the program is at the participant’s own risk.
Policy Updates
KalonNetwork reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time with a minimum of 31 days’ notice.
Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Fund Protection & Liability
KalonNetwork guarantees the return of all original funds lent or contributed through the program at the end of the applicable 31-day period, subject only to standard banking, payment processor, or blockchain transfer delays outside of KalonNetwork’s reasonable control.
Under no circumstances shall participant liability exceed the value of the original funds contributed. Participants acknowledge that token rewards and token market values may fluctuate and are not guaranteed; however, the original contributed amount will always be returned in full following successful payment verification and completion of the program term.
Participants are solely responsible for providing accurate banking and wallet information. KalonNetwork shall not be liable for losses, delays, or failed transfers resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly submitted payment or wallet details.
To verify wallet ownership or payment details, KalonNetwork reserves the right to send a small verification transfer, including a €1.00 test deposit or equivalent blockchain transaction, before processing full payments or returns.
KalonNetwork is not responsible for delays, temporary transfer holds, or technical issues caused by third-party financial institutions, wallet providers, or blockchain network congestion.
